EcoBalance 2024 Sponsorship Opportunities
The EcoBalance 2024 Sponsorship is now open for organizations who wish to support the conference.
EcoBalance 2024 is the 16th International Conference on EcoBalance, held biennially since 1994. EcoBalance is one of the longest established international conferences discussing methodologies and practices for sustainability based on life-cycle thinking. EcoBalance 2024 will be held in Sendai, Japan, from 3 November to 7 November 2024. A wide range of participants, including experts from various industries, universities, research institutes, governments and NGOs, will present the results of their work and discuss the potential of life-cycle thinking towards the development of sustainable societies. We believe that EcoBalance 2024 will provide a great opportunity for networking with these participants.
Through sponsorship of the conference, your organization will be promoted to the expected more than 300 international participants as well as visitors to our website (https://www.ecobalanceconference.org). Multiple sponsorship levels are available to suit your organization's aspirations and capacity. We encourage all interested organizations to take the advantage of this valuable opportunity and participate in EcoBalance 2024 as an exhibitor and/or sponsor. The following levels of sponsorship and respective benefits are available:
A. Exhibitors 200,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for two non-presenter participants
- Exhibit booth space: including poster panel, table, and power outlets
B. Sponsors
B-1 Bronze 100,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for one non-presenter participant
- Sponsor discount registration fee in 70,000 JPY per person for additional presenter or non-presenter participants
- Small web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- Acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your organization's name
- Sponsor discount fee for exhibit booth space (50,000 JPY per space): including poster panel, table, and power outlets
B-2 Silver 300,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for two non-presenter participants
- Sponsor discount registration fee in 70,000 JPY per person for additional presenter or non-presenter participants
- Small web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- Acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your organization's name
- Sponsor discount fee for exhibit booth space (50,000 JPY per space): including poster panel, table, and power outlets
B-3 Gold 500,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for three non-presenter participants
- Sponsor discount registration fee in 70,000 JPY per person for additional presenter or non-presenter participants
- Large web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- One promotional item (your brochure, catalog, or leaflet) inserted in the conference bag
- Prominent acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your company's name
- Free exhibition booth space
B-4 Platinum 1,000,000 JPY (or more)
In addition to the benefits for Gold Sponsors, conditions are to be agreed upon separately. Please note that places for Platinum Sponsors are limited.
Company logo size
- Large: (up to) 200 pixels in width and 150 pixels in height
- Small: (up to) 100 pixels in width and 75 pixels in height
