EcoBalance 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities
The EcoBalance 2026 Sponsorship is now open for organizations who wish to support the conference.
EcoBalance 2026 is the 17th International Conference on EcoBalance, held biennially since 1994. EcoBalance is one of the longest established international conferences discussing methodologies and practices for sustainability based on life-cycle thinking. EcoBalance 2026 will be held in Nagoya, Japan, from November 10 to November 13, 2026. A wide range of participants, including experts from various industries, universities, research institutes, governments and NGOs, will present the results of their work and discuss the potential of life-cycle thinking towards the development of sustainable societies. We believe that EcoBalance 2026 will provide a great opportunity for networking with these participants.
Through sponsorship of the conference, your organization will be promoted to the expected more than 400 international participants as well as visitors to our website (https://www.ecobalanceconference.org). Multiple sponsorship levels are available to suit your organization's aspirations and capacity. We encourage all interested organizations to take the advantage of this valuable opportunity and participate in EcoBalance 2026 as an exhibitor and/or sponsor. The following levels of sponsorship and respective benefits are available:
A. Exhibitors 250,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for 2 non-presenter participants
- Exhibit booth space: including poster panel, table, and power outlets
B. Sponsors
B-1 Bronze 100,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for 1 presenter or non-presenter participant
- Sponsor discount registration fee for additional non-presenter participants (Reference: sponsor discount registration fee in the last conference 80,000 JPY per person)
- Small web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- Organization logo on the conference program booklet
- Acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your organization's name
B-2 Silver 350,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for 3 presenter or non-presenter participants
- Sponsor discount registration fee for additional non-presenter participants (Reference: sponsor discount registration fee in the last conference 80,000 JPY per person)
- Small web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- Organization logo on the conference program booklet
- Acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your organization's name
- Sponsor discount fee for exhibit booth space (100,000 JPY per space): including poster panel, table, and power outlets
B-3 Gold 650,000 JPY
- Complimentary registration for 4 presenter r or non-presenter participants
- Sponsor discount registration fee for additional non-presenter participants (Reference: sponsor discount registration fee in the last conference 80,000 JPY per person)
- Large web banner/button (your organization logo and a link to your website) on the conference website
- Organization logo on the conference program booklet
- One promotional item (your brochure, catalog, or leaflet) inserted in the conference bag
- Prominent acknowledgment in the closing plenary; announcement of your company's name
- Free exhibition booth space
- An opportunity to plan and operate an organized session (1 slot) or to have one delegate from your organization speak at the opening or closing ceremony
B-4 Platinum 1,000,000 JPY (or more)
In addition to the benefits for Gold Sponsors, conditions are to be agreed upon separately. Please note that places for Platinum Sponsors are limited.
