Kyoto City and the Kyoto Convention & Visitors BureauResources, Conservation and Recycling (RCR) of Elsevier (Impact Factor 2015 = 3.280) will have a special issue (SI) on EcoBalance 2016. Authors who made an outstanding oral or poster presentation at EcoBalance 2016 are invited to submit a full paper for consideration of publication in the SI. Format of the paper need to follow Guide for Authors of RCR, and all papers to the SI will be fully refereed according to the usual standards of the journal. Paper submission is scheduled to start in the RCR website after the conclusion of the conference. Details on SI will be announced later.
